Affordable Housing
For seniors — especially those on a fixed income — affordable housing is a top priority. Genacross offers a variety of options to meet your needs and wishes, including subsidized housing and affordable senior apartments that provide attractive, clean housing. Rent includes all utilities, except telephone and cable. Interior and exterior maintenance and a variety of social activities also are provided at little or no cost to residents.
Independent Living
To help seniors maintain their independence, Genacross offers a variety of independent living communities. Our communities feature beautiful, spacious condos and apartments for the utmost comfort and convenience. The greatest levels of support are available at our Napoleon and Wolf Creek campuses, which also include assisted living, skilled nursing, and therapy services. In fact, independent living residents at these campuses have priority admission to any of the other services if the need arises. These care campuses offer an on-site service coordinator to help residents get the services and equipment they need to age in the setting of their choice.
Assisted Living
When living on your own becomes challenging because of daily tasks, assisted living at Genacross is here to help. In addition to providing a comfortable home where you can maintain your independence and enjoy a wide variety of amenities, Genacross provides 24-hour staffing for assistance with activities of daily living. Individual care plans are designed for each resident, ensuring that we offer the assistance needed to sustain independence and dignity while maximizing each person’s potential.
Skilled Nursing
Whether you need short-term nursing care or rehabilitation after a hospital stay — or long-term management and care for chronic conditions — Genacross combines compassion with advanced nursing skills to meet the needs of patients and those who love them. Skilled nursing includes many of our therapy services for rehab, provided in the convenience of our facilities. Our team of professionals provides expert, person-centered care customized to support your needs — all in a comfortable, home-like setting with both private and shared-suite accommodations.
Therapy Services
Whether you’re recovering from a major surgery or injury, or coping with living with a serious illness or chronic condition, therapy services from Genacross will help you rehabilitate, recover and thrive. With programs that are designed to strengthen the body, engage the mind and enliven the spirit, we help patients achieve their highest level of independence.
We provide therapy services at our Napoleon Campus in Napoleon, Ohio, and our Wolf Creek Campus in Holland, Ohio, as well as in the comfort of your own home through Genacross at Home.
Home Health
The caring professionals at Genacross at Home can help you recuperate in the familiar surroundings of home. We provide skilled nursing, therapy services and medical social services to help clients in northwest Ohio recover and live life to the fullest extent possible after an illness or injury.
Spiritual Care
As a faith-based organization, Genacross provides spiritual care for residents, including support from our dedicated chaplains at the Napoleon and Wolf Creek care campuses. We welcome people of all faiths to live in any of our communities. Our chaplains support residents and patients at the care campuses with prayer, spiritual counseling and more. Our other locations partner with local congregations for on-site Bible studies, worship services, prayer and other support.
Family & Youth Services
Genacross Family & Youth Services provides residential and campus-based treatment options, parental support, educational services, behavioral health, and day treatment services for children, youth, and families throughout northwest Ohio and the surrounding region. We are able to ensure that the at-risk individuals we care for receive the personal attention they need in the least restrictive setting possible.
