RNs, LPNs and Home Health Aides

Genacross at Home has immediate openings for PRN (as needed) Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Home Health Aides in Toledo, Ohio, and surrounding communities. These positions administer direct nursing care and necessities of daily living to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the RN Case Manager. RN and LPN candidates must have a valid Ohio license, with 1-2 years of previous experience working in a home health setting strongly preferred. An acceptable driving record is required, and regional travel will be necessary.
