Covenant Harbor I & II: Subsidized housing for seniors in Oak Harbor, Ohio
Together, Covenant Harbor I & II create an attractive, affordable senior apartment community for individuals age 62 years or older. Located in the northeast corner of the village of Oak Harbor, across the street from Veterans Memorial Park, this vibrant community offers a beautiful setting for senior independent living.
The addition of Covenant Harbor II in 2010 more than doubled Covenant Harbor’s size, adding 24 apartments and a spacious community room that embraces the look and feel of the surrounding rural community.
Like many Genacross Lutheran Services housing sites, Covenant Harbor has a spiritual foundation. The community is the result of an ecumenical effort that included St. John Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor United Methodist Church and the village of Oak Harbor.
