Luther Pines: Subsidized housing for seniors in Lima, Ohio

Luther Pines is an attractive, affordable apartment community primarily for individuals age 62 years or older. Located east of Lima, off State Route 309 about a mile past the Allen County Fairgrounds, this vibrant community is built on 50 heavily wooded acres and offers a beautiful setting for senior independent living.

Luther Pines is Genacross Lutheran Services’ largest housing community, with 108 apartments divided into four separate buildings. The property also has its own shelter house.

Like many Genacross housing sites, Luther Pines has a spiritual foundation because it was developed with the support of Lutheran and non-Lutheran congregations as well as the local community. Seniors of all faiths are welcome to make Luther Pines their home.
