SENIOR LIVING
More than a home, you or your loved one may crave a sense of belonging. Genacross offers affordable, subsidized senior housing that helps residents maintain their independence. Our retirement communities include independent living and assisted living options packed with amenities that enhance the quality of life.
At our independent living locations, our support also includes service coordination for assistance, such as home-delivered meals, transportation and help with insurance claims. Spiritual care, including Bible studies and worship services, is also a valuable part of our communities. On-site chaplain services are available at our Napoleon and Wolf Creek campuses.
SKILLED HEALTH CARE
Whether you need continuous care for a chronic condition or rehab for a major surgery, illness or injury, Genacross has you covered. Our expert clinical team cares for patients through home health wherever they call home, or at our skilled nursing centers. In addition, we provide care coordination, crafting highly personalized plans of care for each resident and patient from care start-up to discharge.
YOUTH SERVICES
You may need different types of assistance along life’s journey. Our youth services promote family reunification and support young people with coping skills through behavioral health and tools for productive lives. Our programs include community-based group homes as well as individual and group therapies.
