New Executive Director to Lead Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek

Lutheran Homes Society (LHS) announces the appointment of Jason Napierala as Executive Director for Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek, a senior living community located at 2001 Perrysburg Holland Road in Holland, Ohio.

As Executive Director, Mr. Napierala will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, community outreach, and business development of the Wolf Creek campus, which includes independent living, assisted living, short-term and long-term skilled nursing care, and rehabilitation services.

Mr. Napierala has worked in the long-term care industry for 25 years. Most recently, he was employed for four years by Genesis HealthCare as the Administrator of Swanton Valley Center in Swanton, Ohio. Prior to that, Mr. Napierala worked four years as the Administrator at Golden Living Center-Northcrest in Napoleon Ohio.

Mr. Napierala is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Ohio. He earned a bachelor’s degree in administrative services from the University of Toledo. He worked his way through college as a state-tested nursing assistant (STNA) and has maintained that certification throughout the years by continuing to work shifts as an STNA. He lives in Metamora, Ohio, with his two sons.

Lutheran Homes Society is a social ministry organization based in Toledo, Ohio, that has been serving the unique needs of youth and elderly since 1860. Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek, a ministry of LHS in partnership with St. Luke’s Hospital, began operating in 1997. Today, more than 3,600 individuals located throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan benefit from the housing, medical care, and community services offered through LHS ministries.
